Why is the marketplace free?

Because volume on the platform is what powers everything else — data products, network matching, eventual escrow take-rate. Free signing means buyers and suppliers actually use MPBxChange instead of paper / faxes / direct chat. Pay for the workflow tools above the contract.

When does the take-rate apply?

Only when escrow goes live (Q3 target). Until then, contracts you sign on MPBxChange settle through your existing bank rails. Take-rate is charged only at milestone release after escrow lands.

What if my deal volume changes?

Upgrade or downgrade any time from /profile/billing. Annual subscriptions pro-rate on downgrade. Anchor commission rates re-negotiate quarterly.

Is the Trader plan worth it for me?

If your team is 2+ people, you do 5+ deals/quarter, or you need fraud protection / audit trail / capacity planning, yes. The cost of preventing one missed milestone payment exceeds Trader for the year.

How do you decide a custom Anchor commission rate?

Based on annual GMV commitment, vertical mix, and contract complexity. Whales doing >฿200M/yr typically settle at 0.5–0.6%. We meet quarterly to recalibrate.

Do I need Trader to use the digital contract?

No. Digital contracts (ETA §9 e-sign, SHA-256 hash, 10-jurisdiction clauses) are free in Starter — just pay the ฿1,500 drafting fee per signed contract.
