From the MPBxChange investment register. One figure per plant, at its largest announced project sum, so phased announcements are understated rather than counted twice. Registered capital, acquisitions and equipment purchases are recorded but not counted. Totals are per currency: nothing is converted and nothing is added across currencies, because the sources did not. An announcement is a statement of intent, not money spent.
